We have been in our home for 2 years now and as happy now as when we bought it. In the beginning it took work to get approved for the mortgage. We were initially declined and Little Rock's owner took the time to discuss a modified plan, took me over to another development to give me his time to walk through a floorplan similar but maybe in the correct price range. It was a genuine engagement, not just trying to sell a house. We managed to work the approval with the bank for the first home and were thrilled. To the home...We also know while homes are built well there is going to be some items that surface. For us the problems were extremely minor maybe about 4 issues, to the point we almost hated to bother Little Rock....but we did and they worked with us on the repairs, zero questions and professionally. One of the repairs was a manufacturer defect of a window that Little Rock does not control. They did however facilitate the warranty with the provider and it was done to satisfaction and quickly. The overall home has been well built, glued and screwed floors, no creaks, no wall cracks or odd anomalies. Mechanical room and equipment sound and working great. Leading up to possession day we had made some quick changes which do not always translate into very simple adjustments but Little Rock accommodated them all. When we moved in it was turn key and as promised. Clean top to bottom, we stood for the first time in our new, modern, stylish and timeless home we could not help but smile.
