Here at Little Rock we have purposed to design functional, yet timeless, spec floor plans for our buyers to choose from. We work with them on customizations here and there to help assist in putting their personal stamp on it. However, sometimes we have those who have dreamed of a custom build to call their "Forever Home." Custom builds become the perfect storm of creativity and personal touches for the buyer. You choose everything from the paint to flooring and all the necessities in-between. We work along side offering only necessary input to assist in the long term functionality and design of the final product.
